Pathways to Horizons is a small NDIS support service run by Lynne Callegari in Ringwood North, Victoria. This page explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

There are only two ways this website collects anything about you.

The enquiry form. If you fill it in, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us. Nothing on the form is collected unless you send it.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like your approximate location, your device and the pages you view. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you.

We do not collect information about your child through this website. Please do not include health information, diagnoses, NDIS plan details or anything sensitive in the enquiry form. If we start working together, we will collect what we need properly and with your consent.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to work out whether we are the right fit for your child, and to keep improving the website. That is all.

Who else sees it

We keep your information to ourselves, other than the services that make the website work.

Resend delivers the enquiry email to us.
Provider Business Solutions, our business advisers, host this website and the system where we record enquiries.
Google Analytics receives website usage data.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works normally either way.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of who we have spoken with. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email or call and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
